A more modern version of the classic coat stand made out of european walnut and beech. I inlayed some pieces of brass to make it a little more interesting.

VERY interesting! Typically, I’m not one for ultra contemporary design, BUT I found myself staring at this coat rack for quite some time. I love the extension of the upright through the base. For the life of me I do not know why, BUT the brass inlay takes this project over the top. Again, I say VERY interesting, and good job! Also, kudos on the photography … the second photo is striking … something about the weathered wood and stucco wall in the background … WOW!
