Shaker 2 drawer table. Cherry & curly maple. White Shellac (to bring out curly maple figure) and wipe on finish. No stains, no dyes. Made this a bit ago & the cherry has aged very nicely to a warm tone. One of my favorite pieces I have made with handtools (about 90%) Thanks for looking and thanks to those of you who take time to comment.

This is awesome. The curl in the Maple is outstanding. I like the warmth that Cherry has. I bet this will be in the family for hundreds of years, care to adopt?

Very cool piece. Love the curly maple. I have a couple pieces of curly I have been saving for a project, but I have not found the right project yet.

This is beautiful. That’s the most impressive curly maple I’ve seen. Super work.
