I started this Pendant in Arizona and just finished it tonight in Michigan. It is made from a piece of wood I got from Scrappy at the craft show In Casa Grande. I think it is eucalypus.
I had a guy in the park with a scroll saw cut the peace symbol in the square block, then I painted the inside black and sealed it with lacquer and turned the pendant and bead from the block. It is finished with Shellawax.
I gave this to my youngest granddaughter who is really into peace symbols on everything.

Really cool pendant Jim! That is either a piece of eucalyptus or juniper. Hard to tell from the pics. I like the combo of the jigsaw and turning. Gives the symbol more depth.
Glad to see you thawed out enough for some shop time.
Keep it up.
