Sushi plates

Had a request for 4 sushi plates, the first one is the prototype but he preferred a look like the wine holder and bread board that I made for his mom and dad. The second one is what I made for him

Looks great!
For me it’s kind of interesting to know that American now eat Sushi, while they didn’t as much about 20 years ago when I was there.
In Japan, we usually don’t use these plates at home, only at expensive sushi bar. But surely it looks good when sushi on them!

Hi Ellen, they are about 7” x 11”, pretty close to the the golden rectangle. Hey Grizz, today it is going to be +40 at my house in Fairbanks so my dirt should be showing up soon:)
