Sideways Chalkboard Murphy Bed

This is a bed that was completd in February 2010. It is a murphy bed turned sideways with a chalkboard and a wide bookcase. I’ve build a sideways chalkboard bed before but not with the desk style bookcase on the end.

The problem with the horizontal murphy wall beds is unless you place it in a corner the pillows will fall off, due to the lack of a headboard. This bookcase will act as the headboard when the bed is down. One of the drawer in the bookcase is a pull out desk. The writing surface pulls out and then the keyboard/laptop tray comes out.
