Here are a few photos of my just finished latest project
I used T&J plan.

I now need to make up the mind what to try next I have now built a model from each of the plan sets I purchased

I would like to do a tow truck or fire truck but I want to make much more finer detail than the older T&J plans
I am unsure about doing one from scratch ( no plans )
and its not worth buying plans if I am not going to follow them fairly closely , having said that I make some minor changes or personal touches on what I make.
I would also like to know if something I like is in their 2017 plans release
If anyone knows where I can get finely detailed tow or fire truck plan please let me know ; something similar to the last few years releases from T&J

Great job there Garry. At first glance I thought you had a timber driveway. Nice use of contrasting timber.

If you are into SketchUp, I have imported the fire truck into it. I have deliberately not included the plans in the model, however, it could give you the opportunity to customise much easier.

Wonderful job Garry.
Love the timbers choice.

Nice colors, as for no plans, go for it. I did and never looked back. T&J is a good way to start.
