I built this traditional dresser design from some incredible cherry planks cut by an awesome nearby sawyer. I was able to get the top out of one plank, and all of the drawer faces out of another plank. This is the first piece of a new bedroom set that I’m building for my wife and me. I learned a couple new tricks on this project; turning bun feet and making dentil molding. The rest of the molding was fun too. I cut some of it on a Woodmaster, and some on the router table.

That is definitely a beautiful dresser—one you’ll enjoy everyday! Can’t wait to see the rest of the set!

That’s a beautiful dresser, great job. Love to work with Cherry, that was some big tree to produce boards that large, congratulations on such a good build. Looking forward to seeing the rest of the suit.
