Zoom Pictures

12”x10”x3.5”, Spalted Sugar Maple, Sugar Maple Burl, Rodeo Cove beach gravel, Speckled Crab shell, Brass, Turned, Textured and Scorched while lathe turned, stand turned on 2 axes and wire brushed.

This is another of my entries for Maple Medley for the AAW. C&C’s always welcome!

Thanks for your comments! I like how the figure in the burl stand interplays with the spirals and the spalted figure in the disc…it creates a sense of movement.

Just checked out all your projects and they all look great! Very unique which I like and the colours chosen really compliment each other well. Well done!
