Another great set of vases. When you say pure ply wood, are they cut in rings? Like the effect of the ink and polish.

Hi Bob, Thanks for your words. Each vase is made of 14 rings and the neck, each ring, including the neck, is made of 6 segments of vertically leminated PW.

This all comes together very nicely – the plywood, the ringed shape and the colors. I am curious about the dyes. I have heard that some will fade over time. How do you know which ones to use?

WOW! With the little ribs and the plywood combo, it looks like little birds eyes all over these. Fantastic design and turnings.
Keep it up.

Sam don’t you sleep any more?. It would probably take me a month of Sundays just to do one. Can you please give us before, during and after photos? Very good once again. A+

Steve, these three vases were made four years ago and still look the same. Nothing will last for ever anyway.Jim, art ink could have different name. I gave it that name because I bought from art shop. I am reading from the bottle lable, Australian made by DERIVAN, water base and acid free.Cher, unfortunatly I dont keep any process pictures. Thanks for your (A+)s in your comments.AND thanks for everybody for thier comments and kind words.
