Eric you are thinking to hard!
1. Glue us some scrap aprox 2”x2”
2. use your wedding band to as a template to outline size.
3. drill a hole in the middle
4. sand away outside on a power sander
5. shape by hand with 220 grit
6. finish!
this took 30 minutes!
