I made this box for my sweetheart in order to store letters. It is dovetailed Red Oak, with Rosewood trim and inlay. The lid is mitered, and features an inset traditional scrollwork panel. The panel was completed with a jeweler’s saw blade in my scroll saw. It is finished with linseed oil.

This is a beautiful box and you have done a great job on it. The scroll saw work is special and nicely done. Congratulations and welcome to Lumberjocks.
