I haven’t posted in a while.
Being busy with organising things leaves little time for real work, like making things.

Anyway, a few days off over Christmas made me decide to make a gate for the bacony. We needed a gate to stop the grand-daughters from escaping down into the garden.

My son was also visiting and it gave me a rare opportunity to do a bit of work with him.

Happy and appreciated.

It may not be the best carpentry, but it’s hard to beat the feeling.

The gate will serve its purpose and spending time w/your son is an added bonus. +1

It’s a nice gate and very practical.
