Here is my annual holiday “production project”. Salt and pepper shaker with rare earth magnets holding on the base cap for easy removal to fill the shakers. Color coded with maple for salt and walnut for pepper.

Very elegant and simple lines. I like them. Another quick project to add to the list.

Thanks for the nice feedback, guys. Marcial, I also appreciate the comment about Vern “The Energizer Bunny”. Vern’s Wood Goods been a fun and rewarding journey for both of us in many ways.

Very nice. Is it made from a solid piece of wood, or assembled like a box (with a lot of compound angles) ??

Hi Paul,

Thank you. The sides are actually assembled with square joinery, then cut to tapers. There will be a plan available soon, and I’ll post a link when it is posted.

these little gems caught my eye this morning. I love minimalist/ simple that stand out from the crowd. These just have a great look.
