this is a combination of relief carving, woodburning, and painting.
is done on basswood, i have to varnish it yet. and i might antique it a bit. but wanted to show you all.
this idea was given to me by a good friend who is also a carver. she did the same pic. someday i hope to be as good at relief as she is.
enjoy. it is about 8 by 12 in.
