I found this project on and immediately decided to build one for my co-worker. Being an engineer, i had to make a few design changes such as adding the reversing gate, modifying the attachments for the links, and changing how the components were mounted.

I must admit this was a very challenging yet rewarding project.

Found this very interesting as I have always liked steam engines, Very well done.

I’ve seen a few made from metal and wanted to make one from wood. I’m guessing this runs off vacuum or compressed air, guess I’ll find out when I watch the video. Looks good.

you simply have to love this ….wood and mechanics ….. what not to love ….. GREAT JOB :<)
