This was TEDIOUS. That’s all…

Inside is lined with narrow sassafras strips. Failed to get a picture showing new sassafras tray for inside.

By the looks of it I think it is well worth the time you put in it. Looks fantastic. Glad to see another one rescued and restored to the thing of beauty.
