Made many of these out of olive wood ,purpleheart ,Walnut and costed with Arm r seal. Only one was mixed with some other wood for a different look – placed some then leather cord for the hanging strap for use as a necklace.

Very nice. I have made crosses this size in the past and your post encourages me to make some more again. I made a few with thread instead of leather and for those I cut the hook off of fish hooks and used the eye part by drilling a small hole in the top of the cross and gluing it in place.
