Welcome to my home. It is our tradition to buy a young pine and decorate it with toys, tinsel, lights and an Angel for the top. It will grace our house until Twelfth night or the 6th of January. We then undress the tree, put away the decorations until next year’s Christmas.
This tree was brought in from a tree nursery in Nova Scotia, Canada, When the tree is undecorated I will salvage the trunk and make a few boots for Santa’s elves! My future boot project.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR ALLl!

Very nicely done Roman… love the decorations!!

We keep a conifer in a pot growing in the backyard and it comes inside for a month at Christmas….

I can’t wait to see the boots. But I think they’ll be made of spruce, not pine, won’t they?

Jeremy, I think you are correct. Spruce boots they will be.

Great to see our little trees make it that far west! And generally most trees cut here for Christmas are Balsam Fir, you will find it nice to work when the time comes.

Merry Christmas from NS,

Richard
