Based on a real Superliner,- model made directly from the photos & original manufacturer’s sales brochures.
Dimensions;- 550mm.long x 170mm. wide x 230mm to top of the stacks, or 280mm. to tips of the radio aerials.

( One can hear a real one coming for miles with the wind in the right direction as they had a huge 550 hp V8 diesel under the bonnet,- and with the,” jakes on,” coming down a hill, it is a sound one never forgets in a hurry !! Even though these were build here in Australia back from about 1987 – to the early 1990’s there’s still plenty of these ” Mighty Mack’s ” out on the Highways, & byways earning their keep today.

Enjoy the photos,

-- Roger.

Roger,
That is a great replica of a mighty truck.
Fantastic job, and I love the details.
Thanks for sharing.
Bob.

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.

One of the most outstanding models I have seen, definitely a NO. 1 , I think most people where just to amazed and didn’t know what to say. The chrome accessories really set it off. Keep building.. Designing and building your own to scale puts them one step above Toys and Joys built.

Thank you everyone for your comments, & compliments to date.

  • Someday would love to seen someone import & sell my woodworking plans to the USA/Canadian market.

In a few days time will be sharing some more photos of my 1:15 scale Kenworth SAR which I have updated with brighter chromework, and imitation strip LED lights.
