Can’t say enough about these wonderful dogs. Up early, ready to work, very loyal and loving creatures.

Oak box with walnut tray. Dyed veneers. Tried and True varnish oil finish.

Very nice. Not sure of the dimensions but hope it is big to match the dog’s size! Seriously, you did a great job with that top, and the whole box. Lucky dog!

Good dogs, great marquetry, nice box.
That’s a top three in anybody’s book.
Well done.

That’s a beautiful box. I love the veneer work and dovetails.

Beautiful box and great work on the dog on it. I am really impressed with it and your other boxes. I would really like to see a blog or post about making them.

Ditto to what all the others have said! Also, I totally agree with your take on Bernese mountain dogs. I had one for 8 or so years, and it was by far my favorite dog. I’m waiting to get a place with more land, and then I’ll definately get another one. Perhaps a Greater Swiss mountain dog, since they have short hair, but otherwise the same friendly dog!
