Project Information

It's been a while since I posted a project, but I haven't gone totally idle in the shop.

These are boxes I made for two coworkers who are retiring after twenty-plus years of us working side-by-side. Materials are walnut and spalted maple, with some maple and sycamore trim. Finishes are BLO and satin wipe-on poly. To give an idea of scale, the larger box is just big enough to hold a CD jewel case with a bit of room to spare.

And while I'm at it, Merry Christmas to all my LJ friends I haven't seen for a while!
