I made some more Harley Davidson signs on my CNC Router. Made 2 different looks, with the same settings.
The first one is Natural White pine, with the lettering painted orange. The second one, took a wire brush over the pine to give it a more aged look, then prestain the White pine with Dark Walnut, let dry overnight, then carved lettering.

I used the X-Carve CNC Router. Used a 90 degree V-bit, 40 inches @ minute, then used a 1/4” downcut router bit, to cut the piece out.

Thanks for checking out my signs

Real nice signs. I like the dark one with the light letters. It looks very it belongs in S Dakota!!
I’ll bet you could sell a ton of them in Sturgis!!
Cheers, Jim
