I needed more clamps but the darn things are getting too expensive so I decided to make some. I made two types. The parallel and bar clamps. I really like the parallel clamps. They work awesome.

I got the idea from tysonK.

Nicely done! Yes good clamps are extremely expensive. Sometimes the H-F ones are great and sometimes the “same” clamp is just plain junk!

I like your design and may end up making some of them too. A big THANK YOU for the idea.

Nice set of clamps. You saved yourself a bunch by making them and you appreciate them more if you make them your self!!

Love those parallel clamps! I thought of making a few sets for myself as well and make them even more versatile by having several lengths of pipe predrilled at the ready. Then I’ll only have to put the heads onto the longer pipes as needed.
