After I remodeled the stairs in our home, The Wife® suggested buying a small hall table to put on the landing. I suggested making one. The landing is somewhat small so we needed something fairly narrow that wouldn’t jump out and bite our thighs as we passed by. I decided on a bow front to push the corners back and to learn a new skill: bent lamination. I think it turned out pretty well. I was especially pleased with the figure in the tabletop. It wasn’t visible when I picked it out. After pricing similar tables in our locale, my wife was pleased with the cost.

Completed: September 2015
