this is the start of my new to me shop it is 20 X 100 it was built in 1903 I am going to restore it to the 1903 look and use the front 30 feet as a show room and make the rest the shop and storage
my tools:
HF lathe
Rockwel Unisaw
2 Delta 3hp shapers
15 in Woodtech planer
Shopfox Moulder
Delta 14” Radal arm saw
Time Saver 51” Wide Belt Sander
Grizzly 8” jointer
Craftsman 10” Radal Arm Saw
16” band saw
Delta Dust collecter
60gal 10hp 3ph air compressor
17” floor drill press
Gen mortiser

the place needs a good cleaning, the 2nd photo is at the back door looking to the front, the 4th is the front looking to the back, there is a wall that will be removed(you can see it in the 4th photo) and the roof A/C unit is coming off (vary old and does not work) there was about 35ft added to the rear at some time so the wall at the radal arm saw(photo 2) with the 8 ft door way and the windows has to stay but that back will make a great storage area/ finsh room

Absolutely wonderful building.

That laundry list of tools is to drool over.

Please DO keep the pics coming. That’s such a great environment for a shop!

Good luck on the new shop. The only thing is it is going to shrink over time. The more space you have the more stuff you get. Congrats
