This is the latest door we have made. It is crafted from recycled Ipil. The glass is hand made and 12 mm thick. The handles and stile are all carved from one piece of post. It started out as 170×170 mm and we carved the handles from that. It is very heavy, so we used four pieces of SOS hinges. All joints on the door are wedged mortise and tenon. The door jamb is made using dovetails.

Very Beautiful

-- Bob, Western Australia, The Sun came up this morning, what a great start to the day. Now it's up to me to make it even better. I've cut this piece of wood 4 times and it's still too damn short.

Sorry but cannot give you much info on the glass. I work with a local glass maker who made it for me. Only know it takes her three weeks to make and is expensive.

Thanks for all the nice comments. You guys inspire me to keep achieving higher standards.
