Zoom Pictures

I’ve been busy box making. Thought I should post a picture, as it’s been nearly a year since my last post. I was over to Marks (Festus56) place today and he did the Rhoda etching for me. These are all orders for Xmas, along with six others that went out the door last week. It’s been a busy year making boxes…. Have three cedar chest orders for this coming year, plus a hidden compartment book shelve.
Thanks Mark,,,Thanks for looking…. Have a great Holiday Season…. Bob

Bob, these look great, but it is difficult to appreciate them in a distant group shot. I would love to be able to see more details. Thanks for sharing.

All of these boxes are beautifully done.

More pictures.. These are all 8×5x31/2 inches, and 1/2” stock…. The Rhoda etching has a three d look to it, that was sort of a mistake that unlike most mistakes turn out good…. So if it works – run with it…. At least Mark and I had a good visit while watching that machine go to burning…. Bob

Awesome shape. Those inlays and ’’intarsia – scroll saw’’ are nice too. Wood colour combinations are realy well balanced.

That did come out good when you finished it. Glad it worked. I thought for awhile we would have to get the big 80 grit eraser out and start over. Was a good learning experience.
