just a simple solution for an ever changing work environment. i needed to have a compact storage for glues, caulking and batteries that i could easily remove from my truck at night so they wouldn’t freeze and be easy to move in one step. and of course fit a compact space, the box is 8” wide x 16” long x 20” high. it holds my batteries, charger, glue and caulking with paper towel and caulking gun. it holds 7 tubes of caulk, more than enough for a mess.

” ... so they wouldn’t freeze …” – allwood

Great idea … just last night I was thinking of a similar solution. My shop has no electricity (therefore no heat) and I need something other that a milk crate to gather up glue, finishing supplies, etc., for those occasional nights/days when the old thermometer drops below 32° F. I’ll go one step further and make a removable wall unit to hold these supplies (versus having them all over the shop) ... then keep an eye of the thermometer so I can grab it and head for the house! My wife made me wire the house for electricity; therefore, we have heat … silly girls!

BUT, although rough … good job! Thanks for the inspiration!
