Bathroom Walnuts

I was tasked by my honey with creating a few wooden fixtures for the remodel of our spare bathroom. Since I’m not much for staining or coloring wood, I chose to stick with natural colors of air-dried black walnut. All of the hooks use a sliding dovetail for hidden mounting.

Finished with three coats of General Finishes Arm-R-Seal oil and urethane gloss topcoat.

Completed 11-2016.

Very nice! Really like the wood selection. All are great but really like your design for the toilet paper holder.

Great accessories. You could start production line, I bet there will be customers.

Maybe a black switch and power plug would look better, I think the white look weird with the walnut. Other than that I really them.

I love the cover plates. I never considered making them. You ever make a toilet seat? I dont recommend it.

Nice! If my wife wasn’t so fixated on gold (polished brass, but I didn’t tell her) fixtures, I’d do something like this.
