Once again, without a shop, and one weekend to make it, I had designed & drawn the pieces up in CAD really quick (like an hour)... had it laser cut by a local sign shop and it was assembled using only 3 screws. The pieces were cut to interlock so i could do it quickly. Luckily, in my rush, i didn’t mess up on the alignment of pieces. I routered the edges with a 1/4” round bit, and hand sanded off parts of the burnt edges that were made during the laser-cutting. I put a couple coats of matte clear coat and that’s all she wrote.
