I started doing some leather work, and needed a mallet for my stamping.

I had a USAG one from my bike tools collection, but the head was just too small, and i had to focus on aiming the mallet while placing and setting the stamping tools.

I really didn’t want to buy anything so I had some scrap pieces in the shop laying around. I took a look around on the site for some different mallets and got some ideas. This was just a quick and dirty project.

By weekends end, I had stamped out a beer glass zarf for my hockey teammate.

Cheers

nice mallet, love the contrasting colors and straight lines, looks great!
