This is a custom knock down trestle table made for a basement family room. My client’s family will enjoy many nights of games and gatherings!!

It is made from southern yellow pine and finished in a custom 2 tone color. The style and color fit perfectly in their remodeled theme and color. The wood is new and is made to look older and reclaimed. We did a medium texture on this table to reveal character that matches the basement!

The table features a knock down design to come apart easily. The trestle is held in place with wedge tenons and draws the legs together when tapped down. The base feet are also unique. When looking at the side profile, you can see the ends are angled inwards and when looking at the end profile, you can see the entire length is angled inward toward the top. It’s a look that strays from the square block look! As with ALL of my projects, the top is attached to the base with elongated holes that allow the top to expand and contract in the changing seasons.

The overall size is 36 inches wide by 60 inches long by the standard height 30 inches. My client loves her table and cannot wait to spend time around it with family!!!!

It’s a very creative table and it’s beautifully done.
