This is one of two tables that my wifeys boss asked me to make for him. Its been in progress for quite some thyme….almost 6months. The joys of a hobby. It is made of mahogany and cypress. I turned the pegs myself which is why they are not all the same height. Not too bad considering I kept these 6 but turned and trashed another dozen or so. The legs are glue up 1/2 in stock. I did a finish that I haven’t done before. boiled linseed oil, 3 coats of shalac then topped it with polycrilic. The top has 5 coats of the poly. I can see many of the mistakes but hey its a hobby. This table will sit between two chairs up at the cabin and be played during deer season.

Ok so Ive added a couple of pics of the second cribbage board table for you all. I design started from a table that was featured in woodsmith mag

Great cribbage table. I really like the unique design; the execution of the joinery and assembly looks perfect!

Nice job, Wooley!

Love the design!
Well WWS, I have looked at all the pictures
and the only mistake that I can see
is that you haven’t made me one of these yet!!!
The deer may get a break this year with this in the cabin.

Thanks everyone. All I have to do now is deliver it and find out if he wants the second one. Its not exactly what he (me wifeys boss) was looking for but its what came out of my head.

Well me wifeys boss liked the table and wants me to build him a second one. I was alittle disapointed in what he gave me for it only $75 but it did take me 9 months to build. Ok 8 of that was me putting it off and running it through my head
