I made this for my wife as an anniversary gift.

I guess every woman dreams of an Armoire jewelry box where she can store and organize all of her jewelry; from her necklaces to her earrings, from her rings to her bracelets, and any other trinkets or mementos that are precious to her.

This Jewelry Armoire is by far the popular favorite of all my jewelry boxes. This handcrafted wooden piece of furniture is truly one-of-a-kind, as each piece of wood that I use for these boxes is different and unique. It not only stores jewelry, but serves as an artful piece of decor as well; and is a beautiful addition to any room.

The size of the one in the photo is:
Made of solid cherry and is 21” Wide x 40” Tall x 13” Deep
Has 12 Drawers and lift top for storage.

If my wife had enough jewelry to fill all those drawers I probably wouldn’t have money to buy all that beautiful cherry to build it. Looks good.

Great job! I used to work in a jewelry store and we always had customers asking where they could buy a nice jewelry box. They also asked the best way to store necklaces without tangling them – just a suggestion for you to consider on the next one: a second row of hooks in the side necklace doors to increase storage space. Thanks for posting.

gsimon, LOL 99% of the jewelry is costume jewelry.
Other wise I wood never be able to afford the wood to make the box.

really nice work
some projects have a problem in the side doors. when open, they can bang in the wall
the one you make don’t have that problem

no photo from the sides (outside of the doors). you made em flat or raised panels?
