45 Degree Sled

Had an extra Incra 1000se miter bar, decided to put it to use making this small and simple 45 degree single runner sled. Since the miter bar is adjustable, there’s absolutely no play. As usual, I opted for an adjustable fence instead of fixed style fence.

Nice jig and if I may recommend two hold down toggle that can ride on the angle fence. Enjoy…Blkcherry

Its a thing of beauty when a 45 comes together that nicely.Good work.The key is ,like you said,the tight fitting miter bar.

Yes indeed, anything going past a blade, being drilled into or routed requires a hold down, I keep few extra toggle clamps around the shop for just that.
