They look very nice Dudley. I especially like the one in the middle. Guess I’m partial to gold trim, but I also like the grain. Is that the wenge? (I am still learning my woods…)

By the way, I’m curious. Are you making ball point pens, or roller ball pens? I know you are just starting out with pens. What are you planning to do with them? I hope to get a lathe some day and learn to make pens too. I saw a demo at Woodcraft, and that was amazing. Made it look soooo easy!

Nice job.

Nice pens Dudley – for a fatter pen, try the cigar pen kit – they are a pleasure to assemble – no transmission to press in (or in some cases, over press – ruining the pen)
Although I have sold several pens, I usually give them away for free. I have not met a person who was not genuinely thankful when they received a pen.
Excellent choice of woods, very nice design, job well don.Nice job.

Thank you all for your kind words. Mike: I too give most of them away. Gave my lady barber one yesterday. She wanted to not charge for the haircut but I didn’t do that. When I let them take their pick, no matter what the wood is, they mostly pick the slimlline silver fancy. Havn’t got any cigar kits yet. Nest order. Thanks again everyone. I’m havin a bunch a fun.
