Hall table for auction

I made this table for the local habitat for humanity fundraising auction.(sold for $500)I used valnut and tiger maple.Denish oil is the finish.

I wish I could get my wife to fall more in love with contrasting woods in the same project, but I cannot do it very well. The best I can get out of her is cherry and maple together or cherry and walnut together. Good sale price too.
