Made this beaut a week or so ago, was sold before it even got off the lathe, sanded up to 2000 grit sandindg sealer applied at 320. Then back and forth between ‘wet’ sanding with B.L.O. and water. final coats of B.L.O. for top coat. Had a Crack form as seen in the last picture, mixed some sanding dust and glue to fill it. Not sure it it was heat from the sanding or maybe it wasn’t quite dry???
