For a very long time I have idea to make cutting board from triangles. I have seen a lot of great ideas on this and other sites, but not triangle type. At the end,I think I know why :) I lost so much time making this small board, that now I am proud I made it,but I’m not shore I’ll do it again. I can say it was interesting project, but counting material, time and cost of it I would say it is nice to make just one and be proud of it. Or I’m just not so good at it… it is easy
Anyway for this project i have been using few different types of wood.Maple,Cherry,Padauk,Walnut and one small scrap of Mahogany. Size of board is 20×15 (cm),thickness approximately 2cm.
Here you can see some more pictures…!

Off course there was more different designs

I’m hopping You gonna like my project, off course feel free to comment :) Cheers

I think it is NEAT! Very well done and WAY TO MUCH WORK!

Having made a similar, but less complex chevron/triangle cutting board myself, I understand and fully appreciate the amount of work that went into this little butting board. Well done!

The results are well worth the labor invested!

You have given me a great idea for the huge pile of scrap wood I have accumulated.

I like that confusing pattern and that interesting edge.

Looks like it was a lot of work, but it came out beautifully!
