Projects don’t always have to be difficult! My wife found this craft idea on the internet and asked if I would make her a pumpkin. “Yes ma’am”.

I have some pallet boards and a few cutoffs so I used some of the pieces to cut the different sizes. After looking at the cut pieces, I decided which would be the front, then ran each piece over the jointer on the flat sides and one edge. That made them fit together a lot better. Then I simply glued them together.

A little orange paint and some brown for the stem and it is a done deal. She is happy and now I can move on to the next project. :-)
