Reclaimed Lumber Blanket Chest

Here is a simple blanket chest i made from some reclaimed lumber. I am calling it ‘Japanese Pine’ because it was made from a gigantic shipping container from Japan. My father in-law is a welder at a gold mine and he was has actually been using the shipping crate as a tool shed for years but he wanted ripped down. So i got a bunch of lumber and he got free demolition. Nothing ground breaking but the large knots and nail holes added some character.
