This table was one I did for CHW magazine, and was part of a skill building series. Made of Curly cherry and curly maple, I think in encompasses the Yin and Yang motif….in fact, when I submitted the original design the Banszi tree was actually a Yin-Yang symbol but was changed up at the last minute.

Sweet? Like an Asian Thorsen table. I’m a big fan of Asian-influenced design, yin/yang, and banzai. I can’t read the article, is there anyway you can post a link? Thanks.

Great looking table. Btw, I saw your plywood stools in the 2007 Canadian Home Workshop magazine and thought they looked really cool. Great looking projects you have!
