Well, thanks to all of the LJ’s out there I was motivated (or embarrassed ) enough to build a mobile woodrack. I should have built this first, but in the back of my mind I’m sure I was thinking “I know I’m not going to have enough wood around to justify an 8×4 ft woodrack”. Ha!!!!!! I was wrong again. After seeing quite a few here lately, I knew it was time to build mine. So thanks to all that posted theirs, It was great motivation.

I hate mine. The wheels on mine are to small 3” i think and it takes up to much space. And leads me to keep more wood than I need. On the other hand I can wheel it out on my own. and I don’t have a wood pile any more so I don’t hate mine. I just lack the self discipline to use it properly.

Great! I have built I bet 20 or more lumber racks over the years. Then it hit me, I bought a drywall dolly. This sucker works great. When you wear this one out check around Harbor Freight they sell them from $100 up.

Another future build… but I think I will try to be self disciplined in using my wood rather than building a stock pile of it… lol

Looks great, I built one that you can stack sheet goods on both sides and in the middle I have four shelves to stack small stuff on.
