Side Table of Purpleheart with a Maple base. No finish is applied in these pictures, but General Seal-A-Cell will be the initial finish followed by General Top Coat Gloss, then a final layer of Satin General Top Coat.
Fun and fast project. First time using my Hollow Chisel Mortiser, and the Disc Sander is a life saver for making the mitered tenons. Downside is the shipping costs. Heavy!! New York to Calif.

A nice looking table Tom. I love Purpleheart, the deep rich color it becomes as it ages. Wonderful stuff.
