The was a newby project. Attempt some different types of joinery and fimd out how easy or difficult different woods are to work with. Nothing is stained, just a couple coats of spar vanish. Some of the wood is recyled wood that i got from Constriction Junction in Pittsburgh ….coool place. Learned a lot! Had a blast! Spent a small fortune!

I was hoping you would name off all the species of wood! LOL That’s really a cool look and what a great way to learn how the different woods are to work with. Very unique.

Looks like you used up all that extra lumber you had lying around? Nice looking too ! It always amazes me that our members are so creative and inspiring. I’ve been adding projects to my to do list…and I hope I get to live long enough to make all of them!

I’d like to see the reinforcing inside the cabinet. Is that about an 80 gallon tank? Weighs about 640 lbs, over about, what, 10 sq. feet? Just sayin’...
