My daughter shares her birthday month with a number of her friends. Last week was a party for two of them that are siblings. I made the pencil for the sister since we had taken her out a few weeks earlier and she bought a handmade journal because she likes to draw. She is a huge fan of cats so the silhouette was a perfect fit. It is heard to tell bough I lined it up so that the cat’s paw looks like it is playing with a knot in the wood.

The box was for her brother and was a quick bandsaw/drill press box with a pivoting hinge.. I just happen to have the right letters laying around in my shop to add his initials.

The shop really come in handy sometimes when you just need something different.
