My father in law has been taking my daughter black powder shooting for years now, this year he baught a kit to build your own rifle and he wanted me to carve the stock for him. So I sat my daughter down and I allowed her to design it, she found arrows she liked and she wanted it to say something about wild and it needed snake scale checkering (kinda a clash of styles but dispite my advise it is what she wanted), only requirement from mom is it had laughing pony her hunting name given to her by papa (father in law) after a lot of work, so ne on carving and more on fixing the manufacturers mistakes this was the results, tested and it works well, didn’t fall apart or blow up when used so really that was all I asked for. Finished 2 days before her birthday hunting trip as a present from papa and me.

What a “BANG UP” job!

Yeah I know bad pun!

Still describes the work, though.
