Hi Guy’s and Gals,
This is just another crazy “project”- I will be setting out on a Sea Voyage in a wooden sailing ship built exactly as it was done in the 9th century. This is a dream adventure for me.
I will be out of circulation for at least six months but shall try to be in touch at every port of call.
Refer to the link – www.jewelofmuscat.tv for pictures and details.
Bye for now,
Regards,
Tuanie.

Wow, that sounds like quite an adventure. Safe travels.

Hi Tuanie,
Have a great adventure and very safe trip. I took a look at the site and you folks have done a great job on the build. What a thrill to be able to sail off in a ship that was built in it’s original style and materials. You are a true Craftsman!!!!!!
Keep in touch with the group, John

Hi Guys, Sadly I was not able to be in the team that built it. I wish I was there from day one. This is so relevant to my work and life. Nevertheless just getting a chance to be part of the crew is good enough. I just got my ticket to Oman. The only drawback was that they are not giving me a living wage or allowance. I have to keep the home fires burning while at sea. I have asked my friends to look for sponsors but time’s running out.
I ‘ll make it somehow. Maybe I’ll live off the sea. LOL.
Thank Guys’ for the good wishes,
Tuanie

I want a copy of your book extolling your adventures, so I can read it by the fire on a rainy day.
Have fun and be safe!

I think your boats a little small… Kidding, good luck and good seas, it sounds like a awesome adventure.
