Farm Tractor with Trailer

I had way to much fun building this project. The tractor is maple and walnut and the trailer is maple and mahogany with walnut wheels. It has a simple linseed oil finish. I actually did this project without the use of my lathe, I just cut out the wheels on the bandsaw and finish sanded them by hand.

Very nice, that will be a toy that gets handed down from generation to generation. Great job….

This will be on its way to my grandson as soon as I find a box but don’t tell him, it’s a surprise.

I’ve seen this done poorly many times. It’s a delight to see it done so well.

Thanks for all of your nice comments, it was really fun making it. Sent it to my grandson in Omaha. Hope he enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it.
