The eldest of my 3 great-grandaughters like to paint and I promised her some little boxes. She has younger sisters to give them to after she decorates them. These are sanded, but otherwise unfinished poplar. 5.5” x 6” x 2.5” (because that’s what I could get out of a piece of poplar that was given to me. The bottoms are 1/8” birch ply.

Make sure you post the painted ones for her. Who knows when she will take credit for her first finishing project in the future on LJ.
